SHIPPING METHOD
Order execution time
Once the order has been validated and confirmed, we need 1-7 working days to execute it.
WITHIN GREECE
Shipments within Attica are made with delivery time within 1-3 working days, while for the rest of the network in Greece (land or island destinations) the delivery time is 1-4 working days.
The shipping cost is € 3.50.
For inaccessible areas within Greece the charge is € 6.50.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery (ie you will give the exact amount of the order to the courier upon delivery of the parcel), the cash on delivery service will charge an additional € 2.
Finally, you can pick up your order from our Swiss store 19 Agia Paraskevi Attica, within our opening hours, without financial charge
For purchases over € 60.00 there is no shipping charge regardless of the method of payment.
OUTSIDE GREECE
Shipments to foreign countries are made through ELTA (Hellenic Post) and the charge is 20 euros inside Europe and 30 euros outside Europe. Delivery time varies depending on the destination.
Customers outside the European Union are subject to any additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no responsibility.
For shipments within Greece, the company cooperates with the company General Post. Regarding shipments to foreign countries, customer service is provided through ELTA.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
All products can be exchanged for a different item of the same or higher value.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the items can be returned for exchange within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
The product should be in excellent condition and returned with the packaging and proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer and shipping is offered free of charge by us.
Returns can be delivered in person at our store.
Returns from non-EU countries are not possible.
